This shop operates from North Nowra, NSW, Australia. Whatcanieat.com.au makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from locations where part or all content is illegal is prohibited. People who choose to access this site from other countries do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws. However products are only deliverable to Australian addresses.


Shipping rates are as follows:

Weight Based Rate of $11.45 per 5kg

E-Books, Health Programs and Food Test Kits are freight free

High Thrive Me and Bundle packages have freight included in prices unless otherwise stated.

To maintain our flat weight based shipping rates we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes; therefore all orders must be delivered to a physical address.

Orders will be dispatched on weekdays (Monday – Friday), our courier picks up at 10am so any orders placed after this time will be sent the following business day.

If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted.  Parcels will only be left without a signature if it is requested in writing (Authority to Leave (ATL).  What Can I Eat takes no responsibility for parcels left without a signature.  Sometimes cards accidentally get discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please email us and we can follow this up for you or check with your local post office as your parcel may have arrived there.

Provided that the product is usable, Whatcanieat.com.au is not under obligation to replace or refund goods. Email notification is needed for all faulty/damaged claims. Where damages have occurred, Whatcanieat.com.au may request photos of the damages

If a product you receive does not match the description of the product that you ordered, What Can I Eat will replace the received product with a product that does match the description of the product you ordered, or you may receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Products Out of Stock

Whatcanieat.com.au will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. However, please be aware that our inventory can fluctuate due to sales demand, so an item indicated as “stocked” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. Unfortunately, we cannot split orders, so in this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time for your order to be filled and dispatched.

Changes or Cancellations to Orders

As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Whatcanieat.com.au due to the cancellation of your order.
